Option Compatibility URL Mode For The Ticket Detail View

In some cases it is not possible for your customers to open the ticket detail view within the plugin folder. Or you just want to have a different URL for the ticket detail view.

In that cases you can set an URL path that will be added to your WordPress URL. The plugin will listen to 404 errors (page not found) and checks if the requested URL contains your URL path. If so, then the ticket detail view will be rendered. 

It is important to choose a URL path, that do not already ends up to an existing page. Otherwise it will not be triggered and your page will be shown instead.

Do not add a beginning or trailing slash “/”. This will be added by the plugin automatically. 

Once you set the URL path, the new ticket detail URL will be created using your URL path.  You can test this by opening the ticket detail view within the admin ticket detail view.
